Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with AgltyWear! We are committed to delivering your oversized t-shirts to you in perfect condition.
Because we care about sustainability and unique streetwear designs, every single t-shirt is custom-printed just for you after you place your order. This means our shipping process is broken down into two parts:
1. Processing & Production Time
- All orders undergo production, printing, and quality checks before leaving the facility.
- It takes 2 to 3 business days to manufacture and dispatch your order.
- Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
Once dispatched, your package is handed over to premium domestic couriers (such as BlueDart, Delhivery, or India Post).
- Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of India (Tier 2/3 Cities): 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
- Northeast States & Remote Locations: 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.
Total estimated time from clicking "Buy" to your doorstep is roughly 4 to 8 working days.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we will send an automated email and SMS containing your live tracking link. You can follow your package's journey directly from our website using our Track Order page.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Verification
To prevent fraudulent orders, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will receive an automated confirmation message via WhatsApp or a phone call. We will only begin custom-printing your t-shirt once the order is successfully verified.
